The San Rafael Meditation group is a weekly gathering in San Rafael, California, and is led by Rick Hanson, Ph.D. (and occasional guest teachers). It focuses on cultivating the brain states of self-awareness, calm, and inner peace, lovingkindness, mindfulness, and happiness.
