This workshop focuses on building inner strengths that will help improve a variety of important relationships – including with intimate partners, family members, friends, co-workers, and colleagues. You do not need to be in a romantic relationship to benefit from this workshop.

Is this a self-paced program, or do I need to watch it at a specific time?

This is a live workshop that will take place on August 15 and 16, 2020, from 9am -1pm PT. If you cannot watch live, the full recordings will be made available after August 22. You will have lifetime access to the recordings.

How do I watch the workshop online?

The workshop will be conducted using Zoom. You will need an internet connection,  a computer, tablet, or phone with a browser, and the Zoom application installed. Additionally, you can listen in via phone through Zoom.

Dr. Stephen Porges is a Distinguished University Scientist at Indiana University, Professor of Psychiatry at the University of North Carolina, and Professor Emeritus at both the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Maryland. He is a former president of the Society for Psychophysiological Research and has been president of the Federation of Behavioral, Psychological, and Cognitive Sciences, which represents approximately twenty-thousand biobehavioral scientists.
