Rick Hanson, Ph.D., will be offering an experiential session on Friday afternoon for the online Embodied Psychology Summit.
The free summit runs from July 22nd through the 26th and features 60-90 minutes sessions from world-class experts to help heal trauma, stress and pain, and optimize intimacy, connection and well-being. The Embodied Psychology Summit is dedicated to shifting the paradigm around how we know and experience ourselves and others, and how we understand the nature of relationship.
Dr. Hanson’s presentation is on Friday, July 24 at 3pm. Entitled “Finding Calm and Contentment in Turbulent Times,” his experiential talk will explore the deepest roots of the highest happiness, which lie in the living body. At the intersection of modern science and ancient wisdom – which could be called neurodharma – we can find very effective tools for resilient well-being.
Join Dr. Hanson for a practical and experiential exploration of brain-savvy ways to grow lasting happiness and inner peace.
A simple practice each week that will bring you more joy, more fulfilling relationships, and more peace of mind and heart.
