Join NY Times bestselling author and psychologist Rick Hanson, Ph.D. for this experiential 4-day online workshop on using modern neuroscience to develop powerful inner resources – hardwired into the nervous system – to increase coping, happiness, and well-being.

Drawing from Dr. Hanson’s 40-year background in human potential and clinical psychology plus new research in neuroplasticity, you’ll learn many ways to turn passing experiences into lasting inner strengths through the four-step HEAL process. You’ll practice evidence-based techniques to help yourself and others have more rapid and far-reaching healing and growth – and improved results from therapy.

From this practical, hands-on training, you’ll be able to:

  • Explain the power of positive neuroplasticity and how to use it
  • Help yourself and others have experiences they need and long for
  • Turn these experiences into lasting changes in neural structure and function

  • Adapt these methods for couples, children, and other populations
