This 3 day training consists of the six experiential sessions of the PNT course offered over three intensive days and will be engaging, inspiring and practical.
Like any other mental capability, inner strengths (positive states) are supported by structures in the brain. Resilience, positive emotions, compassion, gratitude, and other inner strengths lower stress, grow well-being and effectiveness, and heal anxiety and depression.
You will be learning about and practicing how to transform positive experiences into lasting states and traits. As well as being motivated by succinct and relevant scientific information, you will get tools and processes that you can immediately use. We will engage with the material using experiential exercises, presentations, discussion, home practice, and readings.
Research has shown that people who completed the PNT course experienced significantly less anxiety and depression, and significantly greater self-control, savoring, compassion, love, contentment, joy, gratitude, self-esteem, self-compassion, satisfaction with life, and overall happiness.
The training is from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm each of the three days.
